“Langhorne is a simply divine singer and actress who never fails to stun…”
“Maggie Langhorne was the lusty Meg, socking out her bawdy comic numbers “My Mother’s Wedding Day” and “The Love of My Life” with highland aplomb.”
Harnick’s word economy is on beautiful display in that song, with such deceptively simple lyrics that the performer can shine. “Will He Like Me?” from She Loves Me, sung by Maggie Langhorne, is another such song, sounding simple but with depths if you study the lyrics. Langhorne delivered the song in a flawless soprano, with just the right amount of fear and hopefulness in her voice.

“Langhorne's beautiful soprano voice rivals the best I've heard in musical theater. Maggie Langhorne provides Amalia with a sweet and enthusiastic innocence.”

“Maggie Langhorne’s Hanna, Julia’s confidante, was a comic delight and another vocal standout… her flirtations with Wesley Diener as the real Roderich. Diener, suavely self-aware, turned up mid-Act III with youthful ardor, sharing a slyly suggestive “Ta-Ti-Ta! Ta-Ti-Ta!” with Langhorne that drew hearty laughs.”
“Maggie Langhorne again charmed as Julia’s friend Hanna.”

“Maggie Langhorne, as our heroine, the captain's daughter Josephine, has a thrilling soprano voice that does justice to composer Sullivan's beautiful melodies as well as the better-known comedic patter songs and choruses. Langhorne is able to bring acting three-dimensionality to her portrayal.”

“Maggie Langhorne stole the show, accompanying herself convincingly on the cello, then scooting herself offstage as if she were on wheels.”
“Langhorne…is a true Gilbert and Sullivan diva.”

“The ever-versatile Maggie Langhorne, a standout in all her roles this season, was a superb Lady Jane, blending comic pathos and musicality in “Silvered Is the Raven Hair” and marvelous in her duet with Bunthorne…”
